• one 60 minute initial appointment

• two 30 minute follow-up appointments

We cover education about your specific health concern or disease (i.e. weight management, PCOS, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes/diabetes, acid reflux, high cholesterol, emotional eating, digestive distress, autoimmunity, men’s health; pre-natal, IBS, and celiac disease to name a few). Your general health and medical history is discussed as well.

Over the 3 appointments we establish the following:

• Manageable Goal Setting (Creating the big goal while setting small action steps)

• Meal Building Skills

• Learning how to create healthy eating habits and behaviors

• Nutrition supplement recommendations (if applicable)

• Handouts (if applicable)

All appointments must be completed within 12 weeks of the first appointment seen.
